StarM is now screening all the email contents between them and Click. If necessary, they will reveal some emails on June 26. Click Entertainment which bought over Rain's Hawaii concert copyright from Revolution Entertainment, has filed a lawsuit against Revolution Entertainment, Rain, StarM and JYPE in Hawaii court.

Revolution Entertainment's comment on this, "We're figuring the solutions now, in order to compensate the loss experienced by local organisers. Negotiations are carried on. We know our responsibility in this incident and we'll do our best."

On June 26 (USA time), Rain expressed his position through the world tour organiser, StarM. In these few days, Rain has gone through more trainings and practices which occupied more than 12 hours per day. He hopes the LA concert can be a wonderful and perfect show.

Some people here don't understand the extent of this lawsuit. I'm from Hawaii and the company (Click) did lots of promotions (TV, radio, flyers, etc..) which i believed cost them lots of money. If StarM and Revolution were fully aware that "Rain's name" will be a problem, they should of let Click and the other organizers know about this problem. I believe Click flew to Korea to find out why they weren't receiving answers regarding the Hawaii concert, but left Korea with unanswered questions. They only found out a couple of days before the concert that it was canceled because of the lawsuit, which also meant telling thousands of people. Yes, I know that calling Rain a fraud was uncalled for, but if you're talking about half a million dollars, you will be saying mean and inappropriate words about the star and whoever was involved also. People need to understand that Click wants to maintain a good reputation also...

StarM is not focusing on the money issue (which i believe that they're at fault), but focusing on Rain being called a fraud, because they know that fans will flip when something bad is said about their idol. This will give StarM an easy break. I think StarM and Revolution should be held accountable for this mess and I believe Rain should fire all the people involved..: I'm looking at this Hawaii lawsuit from different angles and at this moment I'm with Click. StarM's reply was not strong enough for me to change my opinion..

I know that Rain worked hard to where he's at right now and I'm positive that he will continue to do so. All these obstacles are great learning experience for him. I noticed that some of his fans can be defensive (which i understand), but they need to understand that he's about to enter the US market, only the strong will survive!!!... Rain's wings, which were flying high to the world, are being broken by inexperienced work progressing of some entertainment companies.

Rain became involved in the lawsuite because of the postponement of Hawaii concert. Click Entertaiment Co. which prepared to hold his Hawaii concert filed an information in the local court on June 21(in a local time of U.S)
against Rain, JYP Entertainmetn, Star-M Entertainment and copyright holder in America, Revolution Entertainment.

Until the Hawaii concert of Rain was determined to be postponed, there were involved so many things. Star-M, the major company of Rain's Worldtour, sold the copyright of Rain's U.S concerts to Revolution Entertainment and Revolution resold the copyright of Hawaii concert to Click Entertainment. During this process in which there were some channel changes for concerts, there happened production problems(regarding concert facilities, equipments, etc), concert postponement because of the povisional disposition to stop using name 'Rain', and a lawsuit.

Click Entertainment insisted that they paid 550 thousand dollars for holding a concert to Revolution and used additional 350 thousand dollars for promotioning a concert. They revealed that they brought a legal action to receive paid money. The another reason for a legal action insisted by Click Entertainment is that they completely lost trust of Koean comunity by inviting Hawaii concert. Revolution Entertainment announced they would return payment for concert holding and promotion, but Click said that "It is too late."

Rain has prepared Worldtour without caring his health. But it seems that innocent Rain will be damaged by the inexperienced work progressing of entertianment companies.

When the Sydney concert in Australia faced a danger of cancellation last April because of the production problem of local entertainment company, Rain arrived there a week before the concert and completed the concert difficultly while he was leading a work progressing. In a perspective of Rain, when we assume in bad manner, he may think that he will not be damaged if he performs a concert or not because he already received his guarantee. But he never thought it. On the contrary he did his best to perform promised concert encouraging the staffs.

Rain also worked to promote U.S tour in Atlanta and New York in one day even though it was finally postponed. For a Bangkok concert in Thailand also, he flew to Bangkok directly and worked to promote a concert right after he finished Tokyo Dome concert in Japan without sleeping for two days.

Because the concert is held by his name, he fulfilled every requests of the entertainment company. Some people pointed an inexperienced work progressing of the Star-M, the major company of the worldtour, but he depending the company saying that "It is often to meet unpredictable difficulties during working on big concert."

The corporations can be maintained stability through solving the monetary problems each other and chaning company name, but Rain, as a private person, gets the serious damage to his image.

Rain's name gained international stature through he was selected as '100 Most Influential People of the year' by the Times, the American newsweekly, and as 'World's Most Beautiful 100' by the People, the American entertaiment newsweekly. His name seems to get even higher stature with being casted as one of main characters in new Hollywood movie 'Speed Racer', which will be drected by Wachowsky brothers.

But Rain's image may be hurt seriously through that the postponement of his U.S. concerts and being accused were wired to the whole world by the foreign news media such as AP. In addition to this, there heard shocking news that Rain's photo and name appeared on the homosexuality related website about the time when Star-M annonced the confutation against the legal action by Click Entertainment.

Raising national prestige or growing national pride is not done only by star players. Star entertainer Rain's activity in Hollywood, being recognized as a actor there and listing his song in the Billboard chart is also worthful.
All of staffs related to the postponement of U.S. tour concerts and the consequent lawsuit, must deal with them actively with having a will to solve the problems.

เรนได้ทุ่มเทตรียมตัวสำหรับงานคอนเสิร์ตโดยไม่ห่วงสุขภาพของตน แต่ดูเหมือนว่าเรนผู้บริสุทธิ์ คงจะถูกทำให้เสียหายจากการดำเนินงานของบริษัทผู้จัดที่ไร้ประสปการณ์

เมื่อครั้งคอนเสิร์ตที่ Sydney กำลังเผชิญกับการเสี่ยงกับการยกเลิกคอนเสิร์ต เนื่องจากปัญหาด้านโปรดักชั่นของผู้จัดภายในประเทศ เรนได้ตัดสินใจเดินทางไปก่อน 1 สัปดาห์ล่วงหน้า และสามารถจบคอนเสิร์ตลงด้วยความลำบาก ซึ่งเรนเป็นหัวเรือในการดำเนินการเอง ในมุมของเรน เราอาจจะมองว่าเรนคงคิดว่าตนคงไม่เสียหายไม่ว่าเขาจะได้แสดงคอนเสิร์ตหรือไม่ เพราะว่าเรื่องเหล่านี้ได้ถูกการันตีไว้แล้ว และไม่เคยคิดว่าจะเกิดขึ้นได้ ซึ่งสุดท้ายแล้วเรนก็ได้แสดงคอนเสิร์ตของเขาอย่างดีที่สุดตามที่ได้เคยสัญญาไว้ อีกทั้งยังคอยให้กำลังใจกับผู้ร่วมงานของเขาอีกด้วย

เรนยังได้พยายามทำการโปรโมทคอนเสิร์ตที่อเมริกาของตนที่ Atlanta และ New York ภายในหนึ่งวัน แม้กระทั่งสุดท้ายก็ได้ถูกเลื่อนออกไป ส่วนงานคอนเสิร์ตที่กรุงเทพก็เช่นกัน เรนได้บินไปกรุงเทพทันที หลังจากงานคอนเสิร์ตที่ Tokyo Dome ได้สิ้นสุดลง เพื่อโปรโมทคอนเสิร์ตของเขา โดยที่ไม่มีเวลาหลับนอนเป็นเวลา 2 วัน

เนื่องจากคอนเสิร์ตได้ถูกกำหนดให้จัดภายใต้ชื่อของเรน เขาจึงได้ทำตามความต้องการของบริษัทผู้จัดหลัก คือ StarM ซึ่งมีหลายเสียงได้กล่าวถึงว่า เป็นบริษัทที่มีการทำงานแบบไม่มีประสปการณ์ แต่ถึงอย่างนั้นก็ตาม เรนคงแสดงความเชื่อถือและไว้ใจโดยกล่าวว่า “มันเป็นเรื่องธรรมดาที่เหตุการณืที่ไม่คาดคิดจะเกิดขึ้น ระหว่างการจัดคอนเสิร์ตใหญ่ๆแบบนี้”

องด์กรหนึ่งสามารถที่จะคงรักษาชื่อเสียงและความมั่นคงขององค์กรได้ โดยการแก้ปัญหาด้านการเงิน หรือเปลี่ยนชื่อบริษัทของตน แต่ในกรณีของ เรนซึ่งเป็น บุคคล จะส่งผลทำให้ชื่อเสียงและภาพลักษณ์ของเขาเสื่อมเสีย

เรนยังได้รับชื่อเสียงระดับโลกจากการได้ถูกโวทให้เป็น 1 ใน 100 บุคคลผู้ทรงอิทธิพลแห่งปี ที่จัดขึ้นโดยนิตยสารรายสัปดาห์ The Times และยังติดอันดับ 1 ใน 100 คนที่หน้าตาดีที่สุดในโลก จัดขึ้นโดย The People อีกด้วย ชื่อเสียงของเขายังคงความโด่งดังมากขึ้นอีก เมื่อเรนได้รับเลือกให้รับบทหนึ่งในตัวนำของภาพยนยตร์ Hollywood เรื่อง Speed Racer กำกับโดยคู่พี่น้องตระกูล Wachowsky

อย่างไรก็ตามภาพลักษณ์ของเรนอาจจะถูกทำลายลงเนื่องจากการเลื่อนคอนเสิร์ตที่อเมริกา และยังเรื่องข้อกล่าวหาที่ได้ถูกประกาศไปทั่วโลกโดยสื่อข่าวระดับโลกอย่าง AP ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นยังมีข่าวช๊อควงการเมื่อชื่อและภาพของเรนได้ถูกลงในเวบไซด์ที่เกี่ยวกับ Homosexual แล้วในที่สุดทาง StarM จึงต้องออกมาทำการแถลงข่าวชี้แจงเรื่องการดำเนินการทางกฏหมายกับ Click Entertainment

การสร้างชื่อเสียงระดับประเทศไม่สามารถทำได้โดยตัวศิลปินเพียงฝ่ายเดียว กิจกรรมของเรนที่ Hollywood ทำให้เรนเป็นที่รู้จักมากขึ้น และเพลงของเขาก็ได้ขึ้น Billboard chart อีกด้วย ซึ่งล้วนเป็นสิ่งที่ค่ามาก

ผู้ร่วมงานทุกคนที่เกี่ยวข้องจะต้องจัดการกับปัญหาจากการเลื่อนทัวร์คอนเสิร์ตที่อเมริกา และผลพวงของคดีความที่จะเกิดขึ้น อย่างกระตือรือร้น โดยมีจุดม่งหมายเดียวกันคือ ให้ปัญหาจบโดยเร็วที่สุด
