그룹 슈퍼주니어가 4일 오후 3시 서울 방이동 올림픽공원내 펜싱경기장에서 열린 '슈퍼주니어 더 1st 아시아 투어-슈퍼콘서트 쇼 앙코르(The 1st ASIA TOUR-SUPER SHOW ENCORE)'기자간담회에 참석해 이같이 밝혔다.

이자리에서 슈퍼주니어는 "실력있는 후배가수들이 많이 나온다고 해서 위기감을 느끼지는 않는다"고 말문을 연 뒤, "우리는 다른 분야에서도 활발히 활동을 하고 있기 때문"이라고 밝혔다.

이들은 "독보적인 인기는 없다고 생각한다. 언젠가는 세대교체를 해야된다고 생각하고 있다"며 "샤이니 같은 든든한 후배가 있어서 기쁘다"며 한층 더 성숙한 모습을 보였다.

또 김희철은 "이제는 나이에 맞게 생활하려고 노력한다. 나이값은 해야한다는 생각이 들어 더욱 어른스럽게 행동 하려고 노력하고 있다"며 "나는 영원히 소세지를 먹고 만화영화만 보고 살 줄 알았는데 지금은 파김치를 먹는다"고 말해 주위의 웃음을 자아냈다

마 지막으로 이들은 "올 한해 기가 충만한 한 해가 될 수 있도록 열심히 노력하겠다"며 "3집에서 그동안 보여드리지 못했던 우리들의 모습을 많이 보여드리고 싶고, 13명이 뭉친 슈퍼주니어의 저력을 보여드리고 싶다"고 각오를 밝혔다.

한편 이번 콘서트는 지난 2월 22일부터 24일까지 3일간 서울 올림픽공원 펜싱경기장에서 펼쳐진 '슈퍼주니어 The 1st ASIA TOUR-SUPER SHOW'의 앙코르 공연으로, 히트곡은 물론 다채로운 개인기와 퍼포먼스, 화려한 무대연출 등 슈퍼주니어만의 매력을 느낄 수 있는 공연으로 꾸며질 예정이다.
