When Sung Yu-ri first started out in entertainment, she was a member of the girl group, Fin.K.L. There was no limit to the age and sex of her fans. Her singing career lasted a decade, then she went into acting. This is her sixth year. It wasn't easy to make the leap between industries, but once she did, Sung Yu-ri began to understand the true appeal of acting. Yu-ri's first attempt at acting came in the TV drama, "1000-Year Long Love." It was a time when the public didn't react kindly to singers trying to act, but after watching Sung Yu-ri on the small screen, they began to accept that she could act. After working with So Ji-sub in "1000-Year Long Love," Sung Yu-ri co-starred with Cha Tae-hyun and Kim Nam-jin in the TV drama, "First Love of a Royal Prince."
