Top Star Rain "I remembered my mother"

"As soon as I heard the news about being part of the TIME 100, I remembered my debut times and thanked my mother." "Asian"s star" Rain was chosen as one of the 100 most influential people of 2006 and he shows his emotional surprise. Rain said in his phone interview with Sports Korea that he is very happy but also bashful. This is the start so he wants to work harder and harder to do better. and he didn"t seem to hide his humility.



Rain said that As soon as he heard the news he thought about his debut times and thanked his mother. And he didn"t hide his remembrance of his mother who passed away before his debut. In addition he said "Instead of tear this time, I received more strength. it feels like all my hard work is being paid off". He said that he is very proud to be Korean.



Rain will be attending a TIME dinner party in New York"s Lincoln Center on Mary 8th with his father Jung Gi Choon. In addition, Rain was so much happier because May 8th is Parent"s Day in Korea. Rain said "My father said that it is a great honor and was very happy"



Rain is the first Korean entertainer to be added to the TIME 100 list and Rain said "I think my Asian tour has received a very good review."
